Waterborne Epoxy Modified Acrylic Resin WL-132
Waterborne Epoxy Modified Acrylic Resinwl-132 is widely used in
industrial and metal coatings due to its quick drying, low odor and
environmental protection. Using anti-rust and anti-corrosion paint
produced by WL-132, it not only has good performance, but also has
short working period, can realize double guarantee of quality and
efficiency.
WL-132 is stable to high shear speed and can be directly used for
pigment paste grinding.
It is recommended for metal protection projects which require short
and fast construction period.

3, Product Properties:
High temperature baking coatings with amino-resin, fast baking
speed
Good storage stability.
4, Instructions:
WL-132 can be diluted with water after neutralization by
N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine. It has to combine waterborne amino resin
to make bakingcoating. The suggested amount is about 20-40% of
WL-132 by weight. The neutralizing agent s generally N,N-dimethyl
ethanolamine andadded about 7% ofWL-132. In order to have better
adhesion in glass, you must add the silane coupling agent before
using. The bakingtemperature is suggested 150-180℃ and the baking
time is 20-30min. Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the
pH value increases.
5, Storage:
It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry
place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months, and the expired
products canstill be used after passing the inspections.
