Water based PUDS for high-performance adhesives
Waterborne Polyurethane Dispersions (PUDs) are coatings and
adhesives that use water as the primary solvent. With increasing
regulation on the amount of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and
hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) that can be emitted into the
atmosphere, PUDs are being used in many industrial and commercial
applications.
Today, PUDs are typically stable, easy-to-use and exhibit
properties similar to solvent-based systems. These systems may be
formulated as ambient-cured (air dried) or baked coatings for
flexible and rigid substrates—such as fabric, leather, metal,
plastics and paper. Additionally, PUD’s are graphic art inks,
adhesives for shoes and textiles and can be the coats on many
products.
Product description
WL-A105 is an aromatic waterborne polyurethane (WPU) of high solid
content, which is mainly applied as leather finishing oil, bags,
synthetic leather.

Product features
The product performances soft hand-feeling, hydrolysis resistance,
blocking resistance and high cost-effective
Usage
Spraying, rolling, brushing, etc. The usage method is decided by
users.
Note
1. Store for six months between 5℃ and 30℃, after delivering to the
customers. Containers must be fully sealed to pretend water
evaporation that caused the unsolved films.
2. Product is sensitive to frost, and no longer used after frozen,
the storage temperature should not be lower than 5℃
