Adhesion promoter for silver mirror inks
121K Additive for anti-coming-off of aluminum powder is a kind of
special use additive resin with wide compatibility. To enhance the
initial and long term adhesion of different binder to metal,
inorganic, and plastic, and solve the problem of inner layer
adhesion in the coating. Also prevent the coming- off of al-powder
in the plastic al-powder coating and improve the flexibility of
coating film.
Mixed with other binder and different paint system to enhance the
adhesion of ink to glass and plastic substrate.
Improve the adhesion of printing in on the different substrates.
Used in the aluminum powder coating, to prevent coming-off and
floating of aluminum powder. Not causing coarsening and darkness of
aluminum powder, keep the storage stable.

Character＆ Application:
The film with 121K additive can enhance the water resistance, salt
spray resistance and super adhesion on the plastic substratePC,PET,
PMMA and Glass.
Application:
Mirror-effect ink. Mirror-like paint.
Adding volume is 2-4% of total ink volume.

Note:Before coating, the grease and water on the substrate must be
wiped off to avoid decreasing adhesion.
121K contain amino, the color will darken after long-term storage
but not affect its property
