Die Cutting Department
Ø The whole machine is cooperatively controlled by photic,
electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic methods with feature of safety
and high efficiency. This machine can finish the complete job of
creasing, die cutting, corner cutting, hand hole making at one
time, especially suitable for the process of hetero-typed cartons.
Ø Chain feeding unit with feature of easy operation and accurate
feeding.
Ø Adopt with a counter to readout of finished production quantity and
preset the order quantity. Also adopts flexible feeding device.
Ø Die-cutting roller adopts high quality steel material, wall
thickness 30mm, balance correction,hard-chrome plating.
Ø Wallboard adopts high quality cast iron material, wall thickness
50mm,manufactured by large processing center.
Ø Soft roller automatic coping mechanism improved gum cover repeat
usage rate, coping 3-4 times.
