Performance Characteristic
We adopt the international advanced technology for this machine ,
the AL Bar transported by feed cam , the length of the AL Bar can
be adjust freely . It also can be added double AL Bars if necessary
. And the machine is low power consumption and much lighter .
It is an automatic machine to produce the finished face mask ,and
to weld face mask by ultrasonic .From material feeding for produce
face mask blank to welding the ear-loop, this machine integrate 1
set face mask bank machine with 2 sets inside ear-loop machine by
the mask distribution system ,so that improved its automation. Only
2 person are needed to operate.
As we all know, flat mask consists of mask blank and ear loop. The
traditional flat mask machine uses a mask blank machine to produce
mask blank, and then uses a inner/outer ear loop machine to weld
the ear loop. For achieving a perfect match of the output between
mask blank making machine and ear loop welding machine, we need to
combine a mask blank making machine with one inner/outer ear loop
welding machines so as to maximize the effectiveness of production
line.
