VITA shade guide paste opaque 4L1.5 is new ceramic material for dental metal using

our factory. 3D master color paste opaque 4L1.5 will be used after first fired washing
opaque, helping to cover the color of washing opaque or the color of metal. You can
print
this 3D master color 4L1.5 paste opaque once or twice depanding on the labs technicans.
Even you can print this 3D master color 4L1.5 paste opaque directly with our washing
opaque when you use nickel chrome porcelain with Be. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our
paste opaque instead of others, because of the good quality and color. You will be
surprised
at the quite prefect bonding strength of this paste opaque.
The Firing Schedule of VITA 3D Master Paste Opaque 4L1.5 :
1. Preheat Temp: 600℃
2. Drying Time: 6 min
3. Heat Time: 6 min
4. Final Temp: 930℃
5. Holding Time: 1 min
6. Vacuum Start: 600℃
7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
