Automatically wrap, pull and tighten cable ties, then cut the
excess tails off and collect these water materials into a box. The
bundle speed is 1.2S per cable tie.
Automatic Cable Tie Machine Features
1. Using loose cable ties. Operator just put them into the
vibration bowl at random. The bowl will sort them in line. Cable
ties quantity in the bowl: suggest less than 300pcs per time.
2. Once treading the pedal, machine start to bundle, tightening
cable ties until the set binding force reaches.
3. It takes only 1.2S to finish one cable tie bundle.
4. Operator could adjust the binding force by turning the knob.
5. PLC control and Touch panel. It is easy to manage.
6. Automatic detect the failure, the machine would stop immediately
if there is any malfunction, and automatic deal with the failed
cable tie, and automatic restart the machine.
