SELF-DRY AND UV CURABLE ANTI ACID ETCHING AND PLATING RESIST INK

UV curing etching resist ink for acidic etching solution, which is used for making patterns on copper-clad laminates by means of acidic etching. The cured film can provide good adhesion, clear printing line, high resolution , resistance to the etching of acidic CuCl₂/FeCl₃ solution and fast removing coating.

1. Pretreatment of substrate surface

With 3-5% sulfuric acid water cleaning,grinding brush wheels were 500,800,1000,1200 mesh,the drying temperature is 80DEG-120 DEG,brush marks 10mm-20mm,water grinding time is above 20s,pretreatment of absorbsent sponge roller cleaning once every 4 hours,prevention for long time adsorption roller oily impurities make the surface oil pollution.

2. Open oil

After ink is fully mixed to the mixing,stiring after the static 15min above ,so that the ink viscosity stability in the use of.

3. Screen printing

Screen printing:Take 100-120T nylon diagonal net tension 23_1N

Rubber scraper scraping:65-75 degrees of good elasticity ,sharp edges

Squeegee angle of 5-20 degrees,2-6kg/cm-pressure

Printing film thickness:12-18um

4. UV curing

Energy 800-1500mj/cm2

5. Etching

Acid or alkaline etching solution,the temperature of 45+5 C,the proportion of 24-28Be,50-60s,

20Z 120-150s,2.5-3.0kg/cm2 pressure.

6. Cleaning membrane

45+5C,3-5%NaOH solution,50-60s,spray pressure-1.5-2.0kg/cm2
