Description
Rui-He RH9240 - 40 is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for
injection molding processes.
It is two-part RTV liquid silicone rubber catalyzed by platinum,
low viscosity, mixing ratio of parts A: B = 10: 1.
Flexibility and elasticity: LSR is highly flexible and elastic,
enabling it to undergo repeated stretching or compression without
permanent deformation. This property makes it ideal for
applications requiring gaskets, seals, or any component that needs
to withstand movement or vibration.

40℃×12h, The actual curing conditions can be prolonged or shortened
according to the thickness and size of the mold.
Applications
1. RH9240 - 40 LRS rtv-2 soft silicone rubber is suitable to make silicone rubber molds
for the products with complex patterns on the surface, such as arts
& crafts, detailed sculptures, soap mold, candle molds, shoe molds
and so on.
2. Soft silicone is also an excellent material for encapsulant,
sealing and potting, such as potting electronics, air filter etc.
3. Suitable for making finished products, such as silicone
artificial breast, silicone bra, silicone breast pad etc.
4. Also suitable for producing silicone simulations, such as human
skin, silicone prosthesis, silicone mask etc.

test certificate: Rohs, FDA, MSDS, LFGB, ETC.
Packaging & Storage
- RH9240 - 40 RTV-2 is available in 2Kg pail or 20Kgs pails/ 20kgs
pails or 200kgs drums.
- Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight,use it within 12 months from the day of manufacture.
Notice
This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S
to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.
