Description:
Tungsten carbide round cutter is supplied in a range of standard
sizes for wood and steel-sawing applications.
These kinds of carbide round cutters are specially manufactured for
cutting off and slotting metal materials such as plain steel,
chilled steel, aluminum and copper as well as difficult-to-machine
materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys and printed
circuit board.
Our tungsten carbide round cutters are precision made to reach a
high standard, with specially
ground finish and tooth. Compared with the high speed steel saw, it
can perform high speed cutting, with a high machining efficiency,
accurate slitting and good surface finish.

Tungsten carbide hard alloy knife is mainly used for cutting
silicate board materials.
Tungsten carbide steel knife products require high precision, no
glitches, maximum abrasion resistance.
we are using HIP sintered and fine grinding, polishing plating to
reduce frictions when cutting, improved the accuracy and speed
slitting greatly, tool life extended!
1, Soon after the order is confirmed, tungsten carbide steel knife
products will start to prepare the RTP powder as per customer’s
requirement with our wet-grinding machine
2, Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and
sintering using every mould, and we check the appearances and the
sizes of tungsten carbide steel knife samples with micrometer, projectors etc. to ensure that the
requirements of the drawings can be met before batch production
3, Bulk production ,press the raw materials to shape blanks,and all
tungsten carbide steel knife blanks must be passed by semi finished
inspection,
4, Then sinter blanks to finish (HIP) and finished products
inspection, we have 10 sets of vacuum sintering furnace and 2 sets
of HIP in the factory ensure the best quality and production
capacity.
About packing:
1. our worker will make sure your carbide slitter blade clean
before package. 2. rubber strip wrap sharp cutting edge to avoid
edge broken. 3. putting into plastic bag and styrofoam box to keep
carbide slitter blade steady when express deliver 4. add plastic
foam into inner box for the whole carbide slitter blade for sweet
protection. 5. we will make export standard strong cartonn or
plywood case package according to your needs.
