ZJ series slurry pumps are widely used in electric power,
metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical and other
industries. They are mainly used to transport abrasive slurry
containing solid particles, such as concentrate processing
tailings, power plant ash removal, coal preparation. The plant
transports slime and heavy medium coal, and coastal river mining
operations transport slurry. The maximum weight concentration that
can be handled is: 45% mortar, 60% pulp.
The Frame Plate Liner Insertis mainly used to protect the pump body
from material damage, and has the function of stabilizing equipment
operation and prolonging service life.
In order to ensure the efficient operation of the pump, the gap
between the impeller and the front guard plate must be adjusted in
time. The gap between the metal lining pump impeller and the front
guard plate is between 0.5-1 mm, and the gap between the rubber
lining pump impeller and the front and rear sheaths is equal. .
When mediating the impeller clearance, first stop the pump, loosen
the bolts of the compression bearing assembly, tighten the nut on
the adjusting bolt, and move the bearing assembly forward. At the
same time, rotate the shaft by hand to rotate in the direction of
the pump rotation until the impeller rubs against the front guard.
For metal-lined pumps, loosen the nut that was just tightened in
the front half a turn. Then tighten the nut on the front of the
adjusting bolt to move the bearing assembly backward. At this time,
the gap between the impeller and the front guard is 0.5-1mm. For
the rubber lining pump, the nut on the bolt is tightened to move
the bearing assembly forward. The impeller is brought into contact
with the front sheath, and the bearing assembly is moved backward
to make the impeller and the rear sheath contact, and the total
moving distance of the bearing assembly is measured. The distance
is generally used as the gap between the impeller and the front and
rear sheaths, and then the adjusting bolt is used. Adjust the
position of the bearing assembly to ensure the correct clearance
between the impeller and the front and rear jackets. After
adjustment, before starting again, it is necessary to re-check
whether the impeller rotation is normal, whether the bearing
assembly compression bolt and the adjustment bolt are tightened,
and then start the pump.
