The main screw adopts BM high-efficiency type and the output is fast and plasticized well. The wall thickness of pipe products is precisely controlled and very less waste of raw materials.

Tubular extrusion special mold, water film high-speed sizing sleeve, equipped with integrated flow control valve with scale. Servo-controlled high-speed double-belt haul off unit, supporting high-speed chipless cutter and winder, adapt to high-speed production operation. Dual pipe extrusion line can double the output and occupy less factory space.

Other Pipe Line Assisting Parts :

• Screw and barrel : Use China’s best screw brand established in 1978 which has 40 years professional experience in production of screw barrels. An effective guarantee of product quality. Offer single-screw, twin-screw barrels also has special customized designs.
• Online Pipe Weight Metering And Monitoring System : Gravity metering equipment is used in the extrusion process which can save raw material consumption to the greatest extent and reduce boot waste. The control accuracy is less than ± 0.3%.
• Pipe Socketing Machine : This machine can be used for the belling of PVC/PP solid wall pipe, double-wall corrugated pipe. The belling mould adopts hydraulic driving. The range is Φ20-Φ800.
• Mixers : Adopts PLC control. It is mainly applied to the process of ingredients, mixing, coloring, drying and devolatilization of various resins such as polyvinyl chloride.
• Crusher : Shredding scraps during the production of reclaimed pipes and unconventional products produced during trial production. There are crushers with different uses and specifications to choose form.
