of steel sheet that folded into required shape and welded
longitudinally by automaticarc welding machine |
Brackets: | Single or double brackets are in the shape and dimension as per
customers requirement |
Base plate: | Base plate is square or round in shape with slotted holes for
anchor bolt and dimension as per customers requirement

Groung mounted: | The length buried underground as per customers requirement

Galvanizing: | Hot dip galvanization with thickness of 80-100µm average
|
Powder coating: | Pure polyester powder painting, color is optional |
Production Process
Our factory own advance production line, machine including bending
calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears
machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All
the purpose is to produce good quality steel poles.
The fabrication process as cut plate, bending, forming, automatic
welding, drill holes, quality check before galvanized, hot dip
galvanized and powder coating, finally quality check according by
client’s required.

also can supply the design for any kinds of lamp poles ,electric
poles ,street lighting poles, high mast poles ,garden light poles ,
outdoor lighting ,outdoor lighting poles ,flag poles ,traffic light
poles ,lighting ,road lighting pole.
2. Matercial :hot rolled coil from Q235 to Q460 ,ASTM573 GR65, GR50
,SS400, SS490,ST52-3
3. Deal: Hot dip galvanized Following ASTM A 123 or any other
stardand by client required.
4. Packing: Plastic bulble , Mat &Straw Bale or following
client required
5. Length : within 16meters once forming( single section)
6. Thickness: from 1mm to 25mm
7. Shape: polygonal(6-side,8side,12-side,16side) round tapered.
8. 110KV to 220kv
9. Easy install and maintenance.
