Type 800 / 600 Comb and Floor Plate for 510 Escalator Modernization.

This modernisation package is used for 510 escalator comb and floor plate refurbishment replacements. It is suitable for escalator access areas. - Upper and lower landing slip resistance improvements and appearance. We can supply customized floor plates, middle plates, comb plates and combs to meet the different requirements of our customers.

Comb and floor plates are made of aluminum profile or sheet metal plus stainless steel tread surfaces.

Breif introduction of MOD package

Package (1)

Replace entire comb and floor plate assembly for upper and lower landing. To carry out this replacement, the escalator handrail entry box and the glass panel at the newel had to be removed.

Package(2)

Replace floor plate. To implement this replacement, it will simply be necessary to replace the floor plates and escalator handrail entry boxes, and the glass panels at the newel will not need to be removed.

Package(3)

Replace middle plate (front plate) which is fixed with support frame and the handrail entry box. To carry out this replacement, the escalator handrail entry box and the glass panel at the newel had to be removed.

Package(4)

Replace comb plate which is fixed support frame. To carry out this replacement, the escalator handrail entry box and the glass panel at the newel had to be removed.
