The S-VSON4 package reduces the mounting area by 22.5% when
compared to the VSON4 package. The TLP340 photo relay series also
increases the operating temperature from 85°C to 110°C. The
components contribute to improved design efficiency by reducing the
size of the tester board, increasing the number of relay circuits,
and improving integration density.
The TLP3407S and TLP3409S achieve high voltages offering support
for DPS applications of semiconductor test equipment. Other
applications for these devices include probe cards, medical
equipment, and replacement for mechanical relays.
