2. H beam production line/ End assembling machine - introduction

End assembling machine will assemble on-specification plates into H shape, and spot welding, forming at the end. Ends assembling machine is made up of main machine, roller conveyor, hydraulic system and electric control system.

Main machine consists of web elevation mechanism, ends alignment device and conveying transmission mechanism. All the movements use hydraulic system driving.

Roller conveyor is driven by motor reducing gear to rotate, then drive the work-piece into the host machine. There are hydraulic overturning mechanisms on both sides of roller which can turn up and adsorb the flange plates on both sides of the roller onto magnetic guide wheel, so that it can make the both side of the standing flange plate form H shape with the center flatwised web plate.

3. H beam production line/ Horizontal welding machine - introduction
