Function and characteristics

• Used for pre-punching and reinforcing the web
• The single board up punching or down punching can be selected accoeding to individual needling system
• The lower needle density is for the primary needling treatment of fiber web
• As one main unite in needle punching industry line , this machine is designed for needling fiber web (fineness 1.5-9d, length of 76mm or less polyester ,nylon,polypropylene,viscose,sea-island fiber and other chemical fiber ,cotton fiber ) so as to reinforce and form non woven fabric with a certain of strength .This machine is also used for main needling ,and pre needling and surface finishing ,application as leather substrate, filter material and geo textile ,automative interiors and so on

Electric control operation system

1. the frequency convetor technology is adopted ,and strok frequency and web-in or web-out speed can be adjusted by stepless according to the production technology , the stripping plate and stitching plate can be moved up and down online automatically

2. PLC centralized control and flexible ,convenient and reliable process adjustment
