Copper color metal coated mesh fabric glass lamiantes is Copper color metal coated polymer mesh fabric sandwiched between two glass sheets by EVA or PVB through lamination oven or autoclave. The copper metal coated polymer mesh fabric is light in weight and antioxidant and high tempere resistant. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium,Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available.

Specification:

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, freeze&thaw total 10 cycles

7. UV Radiation 2000 hours

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:
