Lami tempered glass Laminate is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has nano level metal-coated coating on precision woven polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc polymer mesh fabric has very high metal glossness and featherlight in weight compared with pure metal mesh fabric, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Aluminium,Copper,Bronze,Inox,Titanium metal coating and customized color and pattern can be available.

Specification:

Internal Test: We have tested SGP glass laminate with metal coated polymer fabric according to the following standard:

1. Two hour Boiling Test

2. Pummel Test

3.-40 celcius Degree 360 hours

4. 85 celcius Degree 85% humidity 1500 hours

5. 150 celcius degree baking 2 hours

6.85 celcius degree 85% humidity 20 hours, -40 celcius degree 2 hours, freeze&thaw total 10 cycles

7. UV Radiation 2000 hours

Metalspurc glass is made of two low iron glass panels with metalspurc metal coated polymer mesh fabric which has metal-coated coating on polymer mesh fabric. Metalspurc glass has very high metal glossness and featherlight weight, different privacy level can be available with transmittance light between 25-60%. Various metal coating and customised color can be available.

Both Bacstone glass and Metalspurc glass have passed the following tests:
