Compact premium modular mounter featuring “1-head solution” with rotary head for high throughput & accuracy.

SIGMA Overdrive allows each head to share resources making programing easy and more cost effective. Each head can even pick from the others feeders.

Designed to minimize maintenance, down time is reduced or even taken offline with the use of linear motors, swappable cutter and nozzle stocker units.

Save with SIGMA’s lower cost of ownership. Reduce feeder inventory with flexible feeders. These 3 feeders cover 6 different component widths 12/16mm, 24/32mm, 44/56mm.
