1. Specially designed three-sensor support. This structure eliminates the problems of stress point offset and signal distortion caused by uneven distribution of materials in the weighing hopper.
2. Conveyor manual lifting technology, core components adopt well-known brands, advanced functions, stable and reliable.
3. The specially designed double-pair cage feeding mechanism, combined with the control algorithm of the controller, makes the packaging speed of the scale fast and accurate.
4. High-precision weighing sensor and quantitative controller are adopted. The controller adopts high-performance A/D converter with a conversion rate of 200 times per second and an input sensitivity of 0.5μν/d. The measurement accuracy is high and the stability is good.
5. There is a manual control mode, which can be manually operated to control the feeding and bag loosening mechanisms separately, so as to facilitate the cleaning of agglomerated and blocked materials.
