Hydraulic pumps have been around for decades, for one main reason:
they don't require an external energy source - the force of fluid
provides them with the energy they need. Pump is the variable
displacement hydraulic pump that is with charge pump, the control
way of variable displacement pump can be manual or hydraulic
operated, and can simply control speed, direction and power of the
output shaft.
Hydraulic pumps can be connected with other additional pumps.
When Hydraulic pumps operated mechanically, the servo displacement
can control and keep the angle of swash plate and pump
displacement.
Upon release of the control handle, swash plate return to zero
position automatically and the flow reduces to zero.
Hydraulic pumps have shaft oil seals performance, even at the
lowest temperature and high case pressure.
Hydraulic oil motor are piston or piston reciprocating direction
parallel to the cylinder center axis of the Piston pump. The
hydraulic oil motor uses the volume change produced by the
reciprocating movement of the plunger in the plunger hole parallel
to the drive shaft to work. Because the plunger and plunger hole
are round parts, high precision can be achieved, so the volume
efficiency is high.

Hydraulic oil
The suitable replacement period for hydraulic oil in a sealed tank
system is 2000 hours, and more often if the hydraulic oil is
contaminated with water or other external materials or subjected to
abnormal operating conditions.
As a general recommendation, the 10µ inlet oil filter should be
replaced every spring or every 1500 hours (whichever occurs first)
on a sealed tank system, or in an open tank system with an air
filter fill cap. The oil filter should be replaced every 500 hours.
Heat Exchanger
The heat exchanger core and fins are kept clean at all times for
maximum cooling and system efficiency, and the exterior of the heat
exchanger is checked daily for blockages and cleaned as needed.
