1.1 Instrument Introduction
ICP6800S is a high tech product. Its full name is single-channel
scanning Inductively Coupled Plasma emission spectrometer. It is
mainly used in rare earth industry, silicon industry, petrochemical
industry, ore analysis, metal smelting, geological research, drug
safety, experimental research, environmental testing and other
fields
