The foam characteristics tester meets the standard of GB/T12579-90 Determination of foam Characteristics of Lubricating Oils. The instrument takes the single chip microcomputer as the core to realize the automatic control of temperature, digital display of temperature and other contents. The gas diffusion head adopts a detachable structure, which is convenient for the cleaning and replacement of the diffusion head; The constant temperature water bath is equipped with two cylinders, which can conduct the oil test at 24 ℃ and 93 ℃ at the same time.

It is suitable for measuring the foam characteristics of engine lubricating oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and other oil products to evaluate the tendency of oil products to generate foam and the stability of foam. It is widely used in petrochemical power railway, scientific research and other departments.
