①: Samples
Please contact us with your demand details then send the artwork file to us such as AI,CDR and so on. then we will calculate the cost, we only charge the mould cost and sample cost free, that is freight collect.

②: Design

We have a very professional design team, as well as a many existing design drawings. You can refer to the products on our website. We can perfectly replicate any sample or picture provided by the customer. ( please ensure that intellectual property protection is not infringed )

③: Normal lead time
For existing samples, it takes 3~4 days. If you want your own designs, it will take 7~10 days, subject to the difficulty of your designs. Anyway we will response fast to your request.

④: How can we place order?
a. After we made agreement on the product' surface finish and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation. When we got your advance payment (deposit) we will make PPS samples for your final confirmation.
b. After your approval, we will start mass production. It takes one month to produce the goods. When goods ready, we will prepare for our QC report, if there is no problem, please arrange balance payment to us. We will ship goods to destination port as your required.
