Dismantling joint
1. PRODUCT PROFILE
Dismantling Joints play a decisive role in the design and layout of
pipelines and valves. They are an essential aid during the
installation and removal of pipe sections and valves. Without a
dismantling joint offering longitudinal adjustment, it is almost
impossible to insert a valve exactly into a pipe section.
The dismantling joint facilitates the assembly and disassembly of
valves and pumps. This model uses less tie-rods compared to a
conventional dismantling joint. It comes with 25% tie-rods in PN10
and PN16, which makes the installation time significantly reduced
compared to dismantling joints with 100% tie rods. The follower
end-ring is independent of the outer flanges and tie rods. It has
its own bolts that allow the sealing ring to be compressed
separately. The dismantling joint is restrained.

2. FEATURES
