Y Dirction Tuning:In fine-tuning mode, the keys advance slowly.
Direction Setup:Press and hold for 3 seconds and the indicator turns yellow to
enter the fine-tuning mode. Click Save Current Position when
fine-tuning is complete between.
Working Indicator:Green light indicates normal operation; yellow
light indicates setting status; red light indicates error message.
Forward Key:Click the forward button, the material belt will
advance one step, long press to advance continuously.
Reset Key:When the FEEDER light is red, click to restore to normal
state.
Reverset Key:Click the back button, the material strip will go back
one step, long press to go back continuously.
Take Rell Key:Press and hold the tape motor to work, and press the
tape button to automatically retract into the lamination feed bin
when feeding.
The stepper motor replaces the cylinder drive of the traditional
feeder, and the precision copper gear replaces the mechanical link
drive. By taking the electrical contact pin and connecting the 24V
safety power supply, the shielding sensor converts the mechanical
signal of the placement machine into an electrical signal and
controls the feeder to work.
Upgrade advantage: Wide range of electronic material models. 8mm is
compatible with two packaging methods of paper tape, and
1mm/2mm/4mm steps can be switched with one key. One AREED 8mm
electric feeder can be used instead of the original three 8mm
feeders; one AREED12mm can be used instead of 12mm and 16mm
feeders.
Precision advantage: The drive motor runs with a smaller amplitude
than the cylinder, which reduces the material deviation caused by
vibration. High-precision feeding gears are matched with
high-precision motors to ensure accurate feeding every time. The
self-developed FEEDER calibrator can capture the X/Y coordinate
value of each feeding, and calculate the CACP and CPK values to
judge the consistency of the feeding accuracy of each FEEDER.
Speed advantage: Feeding speed: The self-developed control board
software algorithm is more scientific and reasonable. The stepping
motor is equipped with an acceleration gear, and the feeding speed
of the FEEDER exceeds the SM feeder's reclaiming limit. Line change
speed: stripping tape directly above, with self-contained film
storage room; batch line change without disassembling the feeder,
automatic warehouse opening reminder when the material is full,
truly realizes the function of non-stop material change, and the
line change efficiency can be increased by more than three times.
Compatibility advantage: Applicable to all HANWHA SM series
placement machine FEEDER platforms on the market. No need to change
or destroy the original line, simple, safe and effective. It does
not interfere with the original feeder station, and can be used
alternately at the same time.
Feeding method
Mount tape onto holder, ensure cover layer tape passes through
component feeding guide.
Open safety lock,open tape guide.
Peel off cover layer tape and ensure carrier sits onto pin in
sprocket.
Press and Open safety lock, colse tape guide and ensure safety
lock.
Pass the cover layer tape over pulley and betwwen take up gear
tooth. Ensure tape is securely latch onto gear,close cover.
Manually wind take up gear to secure and tighten cover layer tape ,
pass excess tape into storage box .
