Working principle

The integrated water purification unit has the same purification process as the urban water supply plant. It has: coagulation tank, sedimentation tank, filter tank, water quality stabilization device, backwashing device, water pump and electrical control cabinet. 1. Coagulation pool: the raw water added with coagulant enters the coagulation pool from the inlet pipe and is stirred by a special mixer to make the suspended matter in the water fully contact and react with coagulant to form alum. General water purification devices use eddy current reaction to mix water and coagulant, but the effect is subject to changes in the amount of water and unstable. The water purification device is mixed with a mixer, and the effect is not affected by the change of water quantity.

2. Precipitation chamber: alum is formed after water is coagulated with coagulant, which flows to the sedimentation tank of the equipment for precipitation. Inclined pipe sedimentation method is adopted in the sedimentation tank, and solid and liquid separation is completed through trapezoidal inclined plate sedimentation chamber, and the settled sludge is discharged into the mud bucket.

3. filter tank: after the precipitation of the water flow to the filter tank filtration, filter structure: the bottom of the water pipe, the middle of the quartz sand, the upper part of the anthracite. The filtration rate is 10m/h, and finally the water is washed into the clean water tank for disinfection and drinking. The filter tank recoil cycle is about 12 hours, and the recoil time is 5-10 minutes.

Under the action of aeration, the sewage accelerates to flow outside the hollow fiber, and forms dynamic negative pressure filtration under the suction of self-priming pump, which does not block the membrane surface and can run continuously for a long time.
