Recommended Application Settings:
Temp : 150'c-155'C

These parameters are based on T&K internal testing.

Design images are printed on special transfer paper or synthetic
film. This substrate has a special coating called a release layer.
This helps to transfer the image to the clothing. The image is
printed reverse on the coated side.
Printing methods include screen printing, flexographic printing,
digital printing, and sometimes a combination of the two systems.

The printed image is applied to the garment by a heat press at
controlled temperature, specific pressure and exact time. Heat
presses can be a sample clamshell design or semi-automated on a
production line.
The textile substrate is placed in a press and the printed transfer
paper or film is placed on top so that the inked side is in contact
with the fabric.
Press set to recommended pressure and time.
Lower the handle to clamp the heat press; an alarm sounds when time
is up.
The transfer paper is then peeled off (some types must be left out
until cold; others should be removed while still warm), leaving the
ink design permanently transferred into the fabric of the garment.
