2. Features
a. Weighing instrument + PLC dual-core control technology, the
number of A/D conversions reaches 480 times per second. To ensure
the strict requirements of the speed and precision of the
equipment.
b. The structure of three sensors is adopted, the layout of the
weighing cylinder is balanced, and the force is reasonable, which
improves the service life of the equipment, and is not disturbed by
the vibration of the workshop machine, and has high stability and
anti-interference ability.
c. Safety and sanitation. In order to ensure the safety of
ingredients, we use stainless steel for feeding, weighing and other
material contact parts, and the interior is polished smooth to
eliminate dead ends and no residue.
d. To prevent rodent infestation and acid corrosion, we have
adopted a closed working room, and all lines, sensors, and solenoid
valves have used steel wire grooves or protective iron boxes, which
also isolates the corrosion and wear of the cylinder and sensors in
the working environment, prolonging the working life. Equipment
trouble-free operating time.
e. The action mechanism is driven by a unique motor, which does not
require an air source when working. Combined with the advanced PID
algorithm to achieve extremely high control accuracy, it has high
accuracy, constant dynamic flow, simple structure and high
reliability.
f. The operation is simple. The operator only needs to set the
target flow rate, turn on the automatic knob, and the equipment
will directly enter the automatic operation state.
g. It has the functions of automatic flow statistics, printing and
data communication.
h. It adopts intermittent feeding, continuous discharging, uniform
discharging, small impact of material speed, and does not damage
the integrity of materials.
i. If a relevant alarm is generated during automatic operation and
one of the machines stops, the other online products will stop
running at the same time to ensure the consistency of the material
ratio.
