Spiral elevator using vibration motor as vibration source, the use

Working principle
The vibration motor of the driving device of the spiral elevator is installed in the lower part of the conveying tower, and the two
motors are symmetrically cross-mounted. The conveying tower is
composed of the tube body and the spiral conveying groove welded
around the tube body. The conveying tower is located on the damping
device, which is composed of the base and the vibration isolation
spring. When the spiral elevator work, according to the principle of double vibration motor
synchronization, vibration motor generated by vibration force,
forcing the whole conveying tower for horizontal circular motion
and vertical motion upward space complex vibration, spiral groove
material is by the role of the conveying groove, uniform throwing
circular motion, along the conveying tank body upward movement, so
as to complete the material up (or down) conveying operation.
