1. PRODUCT PROFILE
Dismantling Joints play a decisive role in the design and layout of
pipelines and valves. They are an essential aid during the
installation and removal of pipe sections and valves. Without a
dismantling joint offering longitudinal adjustment, it is almost
impossible to insert a valve exactly into a pipe section.
The Dismantling Joints are double flanged fittings that accommodate
required longitudinal adjustment and can be locked at the required
length with the tie bars supplied. Not only does this system allow
for fast, easy maintenance of valves, pumps or meters, it
simplifies future pipe work modifications and reduces downtime when
changes need to be made.Our dismantling joint are manufactured as
semi-rigid. Upon request, full rigid and telescopic types are also
available.

2. FEATURES
· ±25mm longitudinal adjustment simplifies future pipework
modifications, reducing down time

when bracketed to a flanged valve while guaranteeing continued
mechanical resistance

“face to face” tolerances of the equipment to be installed is no
