have a production workshop of more than 10000 square meters, a
production team of more than 160 people, and a complete production

About size and tolerance
As any other manufacturing process, Metal Injection Molding MIM
also entails some design requirements. Our experienced engineers
support customer’s component design from the planning stage until
its mass production.
MIM is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized components.
As a rule, the bigger a component is the more deviations can occur
regarding the component size. Therefore, Herong has specialized in
the production of parts with an average weight between 0.01 and 50
g about 3mm~ 200mm, although the production of larger components is
also possible. Herong is currently manufacturing components with a
maximum weight of about 120 g.

| Tungsten | Pressure Molding | High melting point, high hardness, high strength, high specific
gravity, creep resistance, thermal conductivity, electrical
conductivity and other excellent properties | Rotor accessories of gyroscope, inertial rotating components of
aircraft, balance weight components of aileron, rudder, engine,
helicopter rotating blades, etc. Anvil materials for electric
upsetting, rivet materials in electric riveting, electrode
materials for EDM, welding materials, electrical contact materials
for high-voltage switches, etc. Tungsten alloy has strong
attenuation ability to X rays, and is an ideal material for
shielding components or containers of various radioactive sources,
such as medical tungsten needles, gamma ray collimators, anti
scattering plates, CT detectors, radiology doors, etc. |
