Product Description
In drying process, the cold air is sucked into the drying chamber
by the circulation fan and flow through the inner placed electrical
heater ( or oil/gas burner ) in the air channel to get required
temperature. With the help of air distributor, the hot air evenly
flow through each layer of porducts for heat transfer and carry
away the evaporated moisture. Most of the damp air flows back to
the circulation fan for the next drying circulation while part of
the damp air will be exhausted for energy saving. After drying,
open the chamber door and pull out the trolleys for discharging.

Introduction
1. CT drying oven is adopt low noise, with stand high temperature
axial flow blower and automatic temperature control system, all
cycle system is closed, make oven thermal efficiency improved 3-7%
from traditional 35-45%, the highest thermal efficiency is up to
50%.
2. The whole oven we can do stainless steel, carbon steel and
contact materials parts stainless steel. It is proper for medicine,
chemical, food, agricultural products, aquatic product, textile,
heavy industry material heating, dehydrate and drying. For example,
crude drug, Chinese medicines Yinpian, pellets, packaging bottle,
dehydrated vegetable, fruit, sausage, electric element and so on.
3. The heating source can be electric or gas according to different
