Structure:
1. The Salt Spray and Salt Fog Corrosion Test Chamber cover is made
of transparent materials so that the operator can see the tested
sample in the chamber and the spraying situation of the tested
sample.
2. A waterproof structure is adopted between the chamber cover and
chamber body and thus there is no salt spray overflow.
3. Adopts the tower spraying system and equipped with the salt
solution filter system and non-crystal nozzle so as to realize even
salt spray distribution and freely adjustable settlement.

There are three types of tests:
Neutral salt spray test, Acetic acid spray test and Copper Speed up
Acetic acid spray test. Three test specimens are needed or
according to agreement. Vertical Suspending specimens or with
vertical line as 15-30゜to put in test chamber, specimens interval
should not below 20mm, liquid drops on brace should not drop on the
specimens, set required time to proceed with test and after
finishing, use flow cold water wash specimen surface deposited
salt, examining surface and levels after drying.
Application
