Maintenance of weighing display controller
1 Regularly check whether the wiring is loose or broken, and whether the grounding cable is firm.
2 When the weighing display controller is not used for a long time, such as more than one month, it should be checked according to the environmental conditions to avoid dampness or other adverse gas erosion affecting reliability.
3 weighing display controller to avoid close to heat source, vibration source.
4 There should be no flammable and explosive gas or dust in the use environment.
5 In the same phase line of the weighing display controller shall not be connected to the inductive load, such as doorbell, etc.
6 When the controller is not used for a long time, the fuse is replaced, the position is moved or the dust is removed, the power supply must be cut off.

7 In case of failure of weighing display controller, power off immediately, and then inform professional departments and personnel for inspection and sorting. Users are not allowed to disassemble the chassis, let alone replace internal parts at will.
8 Division personnel and instrument maintenance personnel are required to pass special training to engage in operation and maintenance.
