Through the continuous design of the sawdust formula, after experiments, a small amount of wheat bran or other adhesives can be appropriately added to the sawdust to make wood pellets; of course, when processing wood pellets, its efficiency is slightly lower, but it can fully meet the needs of the family.

This animal feed granulator has two configurations of motor and diesel engine. According to the demand, there are different models that can produce 100kg-1000kg per hour. Many materials such as grain, corn, corn stalk, soybean meal, soybean stalk, weeds, Rice straw, wheat straw, bagasse, peanut shells, wheat bran, grain bran, etc. are processed into animal feed pellets; it has several advantages as follows:
1. Simple structure, wide adaptability, small footprint, low noise, and can be used with or without power.
2. Powdered feed and grass powder can be pelletized without adding a little liquid, so the moisture content of pelleted feed is basically the moisture content of the material before pelleting, which is more convenient for storage;
3. It is used for chicken, duck, fish, shrimp and other aquatic products, livestock and poultry, etc. Compared with mixed powder feed, it can reduce the feeding cost by more than 30%, and can obtain higher economic benefits;
4. Dry material processing produces feed pellets with high hardness, smooth surface and internal ripening, which can improve the digestion and absorption of feed nutrients and shorten the breeding cycle;
5. The granule formation process can denature the pancreatic enzyme resistance factor in grains and beans, reduce the adverse effects on digestion, kill various parasite eggs and other pathogenic microorganisms, and reduce various worms and digestive system diseases.
