Working principle:

the oil pump of the hydraulic trimming machine is controlled by the electric control box. After the oil pump starts, it gets the pressure to supply oil to the oil cylinder. The buttons and knobs on the electric control box send signals to the solenoid valve reverse flow valve, which controls the flow direction. The reverse flow valve controls the flow rate and flow rate, which determines the speed of the machine's decline and rise. The oil cylinder is driven by the oil to descend and ascend. The upper tool holder fixed below the oil cylinder will also rise with the oil cylinder descending. The upper tool holder is equipped with an alloy steel upper blade, which is tangent to the lower blade when descending to cut off the rough edge of the wire rod. During operation, after starting the power supply on the electric control box, each trimming is controlled by the foot switch. When the foot switch is depressed, the oil pump starts to drive the cylinder to move, and the cutter drops. When the foot switch is released, the oil pump stops, the cutter rises, and the workpiece is removed. In this way, the product is processed in a cycle.

3. Large motor + high-pressure pump + large flow valve provide large power for the whole machine, and the hydraulic cooling pump provides large power for long-term operation without being affected by high temperature.
