The jet mixing device is used to prepare or increase the total amount of drilling fluid and change the density, viscosity and water loss of drilling fluid. With this device, drilling fluid materials can be fully dispersed and mixed.
The jet mixing device is composed of a sand pump and a jet mixer (or multiple sand pumps and jet mixers) which are connected and installed on a base by manifold valves. It has the advantages of convenient transportation, installation and maintenance.
Various combinations can also be customized according to customers' needs.

Jet mixer

Jet mixers are generally used in conjunction with shear pumps to mix chemicals that are not easily dispersed in drilling fluids. Due to its high outlet pressure, it can be installed below the surface of the mud circulating tank.

Cyclone mixer

Swirling mixer is a basic setting for mixing solid additives of drilling fluid and drilling fluid evenly, which is suitable for drilling fluid preparation. The slurry mixer adopts swirl mixing technology, which can quickly add bentonite, barite and other drilling fluid materials to the drilling fluid to meet the requirements of complex drilling technology. This product has the characteristics of good mixing effect, fast feeding speed and not easy to jam.
