Air springs can be used in various industrial equipment, such as knife spring actuators, etc. Has the following advantages
1) The air spring has excellent nonlinear hard characteristics, which can effectively limit the amplitude, avoid resonance and prevent impact. The nonlinear characteristic curve of the air spring can be ideally designed according to actual needs, so that it has a lower stiffness value near the rated load.
2) Since the medium used in the air spring is mainly air, it is easy to implement active control.
3) The stiffness k of the air spring changes with the load P, so under different loads, the natural frequency  of the vibration isolation system is almost unchanged, and the vibration isolation effect is also almost unchanged.
4) The stiffness of the air spring is adjustable, and the stiffness of the system can be changed by changing the volume of the air chamber or the inner cavity pressure. No matter how much the load is, the air pressure can be changed according to the needs to adjust the stiffness of the air spring, and the internal volume of the auxiliary air chamber can also be increased to reduce the stiffness.

2) In order to prolong the life of the air bomb, please do not use the air bomb below the minimum compression height
3) Do not use the air bomb under a pressure exceeding 0.7 Mpa.
4) Do not use air in a twisted state
