1. The technical characteristics of complete rotary kiln system for active lime production are as follows:

(1) The vertical preheater with advanced structure and low pressure loss can effectively improve the preheating effect. The decomposition rate of limestone entering the kiln after preheating can reach 20 ~ 25%, and fine limestone of 10 ~ 50mm can be used;

(2) reliable rotary kiln at both ends of the combined scale seal, so that the air leakage coefficient is less than 10%, the use of composite refractory lining, to reduce radiant heat loss;

(3) filling type, zoned ventilation circular or square vertical cooler, the limestone temperature of the cooler is: 80℃ ambient temperature, easy to transport, storage, and can preheat the secondary air into the kiln to more than 700℃, reducing the moving parts and special materials.
