The complete sets of technology and key equipment for highly efficient and energy-saving active lime researched and developed have been in a leading and dominant position in China. A single production line with a daily output of 750 tons can save 5,198 tons of standard coal and 1.24 million KWH of electric energy every year. The activated lime technology of 1,000 tons per day has reached the current international advanced level, and the energy consumption of the system has been reduced by 12-15%. The equipment is widely used in steel, magnesium, calcium carbide, alumina, paper and other industries, which has strongly promoted the sustainable development of related industries. The project won the first prize of Science and Technology of China Machinery Industry. The domestic market share of activated lime above 750t/d is more than 80%.
