1. Usage
It is used for back twisting stranding of steel core aluminum wires
, aluminum alloy wires, copper / aluminum wires , insulated wires
and control cables.The cabinet-type touch screen console is
adopted, which is convenient for operation and beautiful in form.
2. Main Character
2.1. Speed control motor control speed stable, machine easy
operation.The main engine has positive and negative rotation.
2.2. Using a full set of servo control, touch screen direct digital set
cutter distance.
2.3. The most advanced emergency stop device, direct controlling every
reel. As soon as any wire breaks,the entire machine will
automatically stop at once.
2.4. The wringing body and traction adopt full-speed gear cabinet, low
labor intensity, accurate pitch.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.

Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great

develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB

Laying-up lines.

of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
