※Description:

Wet Type Peanut Peeling Machine is mainly used to remove the peel for red peanut. Peanuts need to be putted into hot water for several minutes before peeling process. This peeling machine is mainly used at the earlier stage of the food,cans,beverage products and almond milk. It has the high efficiency and high peeling rate.The peeled almond is white.

During the peeling process,the protein in the almond and other nuts will not be broken. The feeding hopper,discharge hopper,screen and blades are made of 304 stainless steel. The frame,belt pulley,bearings are carbon steel.The rubber gasket is abrasion-proof and food grade.

This peanut peeling machine is our new design machine, at the foundation of wet almond peeling machine to design and change the structural inside of the machine, now the machine is special used to peel the peanut.Peanut peeling machine uses high standard pure soft rubber wheel, can move the skin of Peanut off easily and gently like human hand. Put the peanut (which are soaked in hot water) into the feeding funnel of this machine and the rubber will ring rub to peel the peanuts.

※Working Principle:

At first,soak the peanut in the warm water for 10-20minutes.

Then put the peanut into the hopper. The rubber gasket of the peeling machine will peel the peanut by friction.

And the separating device will separate the peel and nut automatically.

The unique feature of this machine is that the peeling rate is high, the almond after peeling is not broken, the color is white, the surface is not browning, and the protein is invariable. While peeling, the skin and kernel are separated automatically, with high efficiency and convenient operation.

※Opearting Points:

1. According to the requirements of the motor, after connecting the power supply, light switch to check whether the rotation direction is correct (the rotation direction is marked by the triangular belt wheel). After adding water, turn on the power supply. After the machine runs for 5 minutes, it starts to work.

2. Before starting the new equipment, all parts of the screw should be re-strengthened, especially the fastening screw of each part should be carefully checked.

3. The almond skin peeler must be cleaned and kept clean after use.
