Product Description
The high pressure pumps have two kinds of the usage,one is for the
high pressure cleaning purpose,and another is for pressure testing
purpose.Hydro Test Pump is an equipment which is used to test the
pressure of objects,the machine with high pressure water jet by
means of a power device. It can jet high pressure water jet into
the objects like the pipes,valves ,let the objects full of high
pressure water jet.to see if the objects water leakage or not when
the hydro test pump reach a pressure datas.this pump install a stop
checking valve,ti can stop the high pressure water jet comes back
into the pump.so the pressure can show on the pressure gauge.the
pressure test purpose can reach.
Features
This machine is made up of mainly by high pressure reciprocating
pump, power units and cleaning accessories etc.
1) High pressure reciprocating pump: the pump is horizontal triplex
plunger pump, driven by electric motor, made up of by power end and
fluid end.
- Power end: it is made up of by belt pulley(couplings), crankshaft
and connecting rod etc. Electric motor or diesel engine,or gasoline
engine driven the crankshaft and reduces its speed, and crank link
mechanism will change whirling movement to straight line
reciprocating movement.
- Fluid end: it is made up of by plunger set, high pressure cylinder,
pump body and water input and output valves etc. High pressure
cylinder is fixed on crankcase while connecting rod drives plunger
to do reciprocating movements, which make volume in cylinder do
cyclical change. When plunger is in-sucking stroke, the volume in
cylinder increases, water output valve closes, local vacuum is
formed. Working media enter into high pressure cylinder by going
against water input valve under high atmospheric pressure. When
plunger is in discharging stroke, water input valve closes, and
plunger transfer the working media to pump body by water output
valve, to pressure regulating valve, finally to high pressure spray
gun by high pressure hose.
The main parts are: triplex high pressure reciprocating pump,
electric engine, water tank, inlet water hose, and cleaning
accessory, electric control cabinet.
- Electric engine: we use 3 phases 4 poles asynchronous motors,and
also optional use the model 60HZ different voltage, explosion-proof
or frequency electric engine according to the client’s request.
- Electric control cabinet: the main function of it is to start,
stop, and the protection of phase failure and over charge. Factory
sets for 80% step-down start, in order to reduce the harm of
current start-up, since the transformer wire decoupling reserve 65%
of wiring end, customers can adjust according to oneself
circumstance power
- Triplex high pressure reciprocating pump: It is triplex plunger
pump, and the working principle and maintenance please see the
operation manual of high pressure pump.
- Water tank: water tank is the device of storing water and filter.
There are two filtering clapboards, and it should check for some
times. The place of the water must higher than the high pressure
pump, in order to exclude the air of inlet pipeline.
4. Cleaning accessory: there are many kinds of cleaning accessory;
it should match according to the client’s request. The usual are:
high pressure hoses, high pressure pipes, foot control valve, spray
guns, etc.
High pressure hoses are the main safe parts of the washer; it must
use the supporting products. Before use, it must be checked, and if
there are some wearing parts, it should be rechanged. Fixed the
joint, in case of loosing.
The high pressure pipes usually in a fixed place, which made from
the stainless steel extra high pressure, and installed in a fixed
pipe way. When installation, it should match with the limit valve
and globe valve, and control box.
Foot control valve is used in the pipelines, containers, rotary
kiln of cement plant, sometimes used in as the twin gun switch
valve operation. When use the special accessories such as spray
boom, rotating nozzle, it should use the foot control valve to
realize the control of water jet change. When loose the valve, the

Spray gun is the pump’s change energy parts, for considering the
safety, usually, it is overflow spray guns, that means there is a
overflow pipe, when close the spray gun, it overflows, and
unloading the high pressure pump.
Applications
The pumps are widely used in oil refinery pipes cleaning, heat
exchangers pipes cleaning, ship hull cleaing,oil paitings
removing,rust removing,etc.
Meanwhile, our pumps also can be used for the fuel pipelines
pressure testing,gas steel bottles explosion pressure testing,all
