Intro:

RS-901K is a component forming machine for loose radial components. It is specially for bending 90 degrees, and front-rear kink forming. Cutting and forming can be finished at same time.

Suitable:

IGBT transistor L shape bending. IGBT leads cutting and bending can be finished at same time. For different size transistors, need to change grippers. For different forming shapes, can change forming die.

★Applicable: Loose LEDs can be cut and formed at one time. Other components such as vertical components such as bridge stacks, capacitors, electrolytic capacitors, safety capacitors, square capacitors, triodes, etc., can be used with vibrating plates for related components for vibration feeding. This equipment is usually formed at 90 degrees. Cut long or short feet/Punch back and forth K (no left and right K)/180 degrees, etc. According to the shape and size of the material, replace the corresponding fixture and order the vibrating plate of the related components, according to Molding shape replacement mold.
