1, The motor must be filled with clean water before use, and the water injection and air release bolts must be tightened, otherwise, it is not allowed to use.

2, The land test run shall not exceed one second.

3, The electric pump shall not be used upside down or tilted.

4, The motor must completely submerge into the water, but the submergence depth should not be more than 70 meters.

5, The lead wire and cable joint shall be operated as specified.

Inspection and preparation before installation:

(1) Check whether the well meets the service conditions of the pump, i.e. the well diameter, vertical and wall quality, static water level, dynamic water level, water inflow and water quality. If not, corresponding measures must be taken, otherwise the pump cannot be lowered into the well.

(2) Check whether the power supply equipment and power supply line can ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.

(3) Whether the power supply voltage and frequency meet the service conditions.

(4) Check whether the parts are safe according to the packing unit, and get familiar with the installation and operation instructions.

(5) Check the electrical circuit, control and protection devices are reasonable, safe and reliable.

(6) The erection tripod and chain (or other hoisting tools) shall be equipped with various installation and use tools safely, reliably and conveniently.

1. During the operation of the electric pump, it is necessary to frequently observe the current, voltmeter and water flow, and strive to operate the electric pump under rated conditions.

2. The valve shall be used to regulate the flow and lift, and overload operation is not allowed. The operation shall be stopped immediately under one of the following circumstances:

(1) Current exceeds rated value at rated voltage;

(2) Under the rated head, the flow decreases greatly compared with that under normal conditions;

(3) . The insulation resistance is lower than 0.5 megohm;

(4) When the dynamic water level drops to the suction inlet of the pump;

(5) . Electrical equipment and circuits are not in accordance with the regulations;

(6) . The electric pump has a sudden sound or large vibration;

(7) . The protection switch trips frequently.
