Type "D" elements are used in pressure filters, e.g. in the series
DF, DFF, DFG, DFP, DFZ, DFDK, LF, MDF.
Application
The filter element is an indispensable part of the pipeline series
for conveying media. It is usually installed in the filter at the
inlet end of the hydraulic system to filter out the metal
particles, pollution impurities, etc. in the fluid medium, which
can protect the normal operation of the equipment. When the fluid
enters the filter, its impurities are blocked, and the clean
filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is
needed, just take the filter element out of the filter, treat it
with industrial liquid, and then put it in.
The hydraulic oil filter element itself has a self sealing valve,
which will not cause oil backflow even during maintenance. Open a
valve next to it. When the differential pressure reaches 0.35MPA
due to impurity blockage, it will automatically open to make the
system operate well.
