Introduction of Series JGX Wire Rope Isolators
Wire rope isolators are stable mounting assemblies of high quality
stranded wire rope held with rugged metal retainers. Each isolating
element has specific response characteristic determined by the
diameter of the wire rope, the number of strands, the cable length,
the cable twist or lay, and the number of cables per section.
Inherent damping is provided by flexure hysteresis, i.e., the
rubbing and sliding friction between the strands of the wire rope.
Wire rope isolators provide higher levels of isolation than any
other medium or design, with excellent vibration damping. Cable
mounts are truly unique, adapted to a spectrum of physical and
engineering requirements so broad that it includes almost every
isolation need. They have put to rest the notion that a single
mount cannot handle both shock and vibration.
Series JGX wire rope isolators, feature 3-dimension variable
stiffness and variable damping, which provide excellent vibration
and shock isolation in harsh environments in a practically
unlimited range of applications – aircrafts, ships, tanks, oilfield
logging truck.
Designed for restraining the interference of DC power cable, Series
JGX wire rope isolators feature excellent common mode and
differential mode filter performance, which have been widely using
in many kinds of electronic equipments which have AC/DC, DC/AC,
DC/DC switch converter or use DC as its power.
The static load bearing range is from 1kg to 1T, which meets many
kinds of requirements and demands from our clients and gets stable

Isolator Axes:
Wire rope isolators are multi-axis isolators. The diagram below
includes load axis definitions and deflection considerations.
Damping: Typically 5-15%, depending on size and input level. For
specific damping considerations, please consult Kacise.
Installation
We offer a full range of installations, including, the hole is
installed, countersunk head screw to install, thread installation,
the choices of upper and lower splints and mounting holes can be
flexible configuration. We provide two order standard inch and
metric, meet the domestic and foreign equipment, import and export
of equipment requirements. Steel wire rope laps, customers can
according to our product specification in accordance with the
number of turns of wire rope product selection and booking. The
least number of turns is 2 laps, the most commonly used is 12 laps,
can also be customized according to customer's request.

Wire rope isolators are composed by the stainless steel cable and
aluminum retaining bars or stainless retaining bars, which provide
excellent effect of isolation. They are smaller than the
traditional ones and adopt their advantages. With their mounting
point, crimping patterns and size vibration, they could meet all
requirements of industry, defense and others.
Three new types (GH, GX & GR) are designed to meet the requirements
of vibrating isolation.
