Q1: How do we repair the Inflatables?
A1: Minor cuts or punctures do not affect the performance when the
inflatable during display. They can be easily repaired after the
display. For extensive damages, factory repair services are
available at very nominal charges.
Q2: I Want a sample? Can you provide it to us for free?
A2: We do not supply free samples to our clients, because the
sample is too big to send and it will cost us a large sum of money.
So we just supply sample material, or we suggest you purchase a
product as your sample.
Q3: Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
A3: We can print your pictures or logo on the products, please
offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Core Draw.
Q4: What's the Mini order quantity?
A4: MOQ: 1 pcs
Q5: Your blowers/pump meet CE requirements?
A5: Our blower/pump has passed the certificate of CE.
Q6: What's the Producing time?
A6: Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable item is 6-15
days, excluding transit time, from the date of confirmation.
However, the time can be more or less depending on the design and
the dimensions.
Q7: How long do the Inflatables last?
A7: The life of the Inflatable depends on the maintenance. Please
follow the Safety Rules when use the inflatables. If any small
damage by others' careless, you can use the material and
accessories in it to repair the inflatable. And as usual, if you
can use it in the correct way, we can have warranty of 3 years for
it.
